    HORRIBLE!!! I went to them to get out of some credit card debt I had with Chase an they said "WE CAN LOWER YOUR INTEREST RATE." But it turns out they put me into more debt with them.. didnt lower my rates and increased what i owed. DONT TRUST THIS BANK or thier EMPLOYEES!!! When I tried calling them at the bank they never answer and my personal banker changed her phone number!! I had to contact corporate and open a complaint. Don't do business with the Citi bank of upland.
