  Will never go back!! Today was about 6th time I have used them. Even bought a 5wash Executive package. Today went in and Manager Kim purposely made me wait 10+ minutes for vacuum while letting those who came later go first. I got out of line went in and asked for refund on package. Receptionist spent 15 minutes watching surveillance video and apparently confirmed it and I was given refund on remaining 3 washes. I am a black female. Relevant ??

  Wait time is a little long but once you get your car you’ll understand why. They take time to make sure every detail is done and I like that it’s only one person who does your car that way things don’t get missed. Every time I get my car back I feel like it’s brand new ✨
